This document as well as any other document mentioned herein defines the terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") of this website and the process of purchasing any product through it.

Please read the Terms as well as the Cookies Policy and the Privacy Policy carefully before using this website or placing any product order, as such action will mean that you accept unconditionally and are therefore bound by the above. If you disagree and do not wish to be bound by the Terms, you must refrain from using the Website.

Availability of products

All orders can be placed as long as the products are available. In the event that the product of your choice is not in stock due to its supply difficulty or exhaustion, we have the right to inform you about a similar product, of equal or superior quality and value, which you can order.

We also reserve the right to withdraw from this website any product, or to remove or edit any material or contents on it. In this case we have no liability to you or to a third party.

Rejection of Order

Although we make every effort to process all the orders we receive, we may reject at any time and at our sole discretion your order for which you have already received the "Order Confirmation" via e-mail, in the exceptional case that this becomes necessary.

Shipping Methods

Shipping is free for purchases over 100 euros.

Remote areas and high volume/weight products are excluded e.g., furniture, mirrors, lighting fixtures.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times depend on the availability of the products. For most products the delivery time is estimated at 5-8 days.

SHIPPING BY COURIER *FRAGILE PRODUCTS

Small volume products are shipped by ELTA COURIER or ACS.

  • The shipping cost starts from 3.90 euros for all of Greece.
  • There is the possibility of cash on delivery with a charge of 2 euros.
SHIPPING WITH A TRANSPORT AGENCY & DELIVERY TO THE SIDEWALK OF YOUR ADDRESS *FRAGILE PRODUCTS
  • For bulky items that exceed 10 kg, their mission is carried out by a transport agency nationwide.
  • The charge in this case is borne by the recipient for each parcel, depending on the agency and the volume of the parcel.
  • Transport companies usually deliver the parcels "on the sidewalk" (this applies only to the capitals of all the prefectures and islands of Greece). In some cases (e.g., difficult access, narrow road, remote point, inability to notify, etc.) you will have to go to the transport agency to receive your order yourself.
  • If your address is outside the capital (e.g., village, small town), then you will have to go to the transport agency yourself to pick up your order.
  • In case you prefer to receive your order from the agency, there is the possibility, after prior telephone communication with the respective shipping company.
  • There is no possibility of cash on delivery.

*FRAGILE PRODUCTS

The products are delivered to the courier or the transport agency, provided that they have been fully checked by our company for any damage, defect or breakage and have been properly packaged.

Our store bears no responsibility for any damage or alteration of the packaging or product from the moment it is delivered to the courier or the agency by our company.

Our store has no obligation to compensate the buyer in case the product is received broken.

Price of Products

The price of the products, subject to the following, is the one indicated on our website.

We always take care of the indication of the correct price on our products, however, in the exceptional case of incorrect indication of the price on a product and if we find that you have placed its order with the incorrectly indicated price, we provide you with the opportunity either to confirm the continuation of your order with the correct price or to cancel it. In case the above communication with you is not possible, we will consider that your order has been canceled and we will refund you in full any amount you may have paid.

We are not obliged to supply you with any product when a lower price than the actual price has been incorrectly indicated and this error is obvious and distinct from you, even if your order is at the stage of "Confirmation of Shipment".

The price of the products listed on this website includes the VAT charge, but not the shipping costs, which are indicatively mentioned in the document "SHIPPING METHODS", which is an integral part of these Terms. The VAT applied is the one, as defined and in force in Greece, which as the place of delivery of the products is considered to be the place of supply.

The price of the products can be modified at any time. Without prejudice to the above, this modification will not affect the price of the products of your order as long as the "Order Confirmation" has been sent to you by us.

    For your convenience, please indicate in the reasoning of the deposit the number of your order or the name in which the order has been registered.
    Your order will be executed as soon as we receive your bank deposit.

Additional payments

For any additional payment in addition to the fee agreed between us for our main contractual relationship we are obliged to obtain your explicit consent in order for it to take place.

Product returns

If you wish to return a product or part of the products in your order, you must notify us of this in writing by email: info@danaihome.gr. or by phone by calling the customer service department on the phone: 2261080013. Your decision should be made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order. If you wish to return the product due to a defect you must inform us immediately within 48 hours (additional information is provided below*). Also send us to the email: info@danaihome.gr. photo of the defect (be aware that it is not done for reasons of distrust towards your side; photos help in our communication with the technical department, but also to solve faster any quality issues that arise; in these cases the photos of the object are the best solution).

Also, the products that are listed as upon request, cannot be returned and canceled from the moment the order is implemented.

It is important to note that until the products arrive in our warehouses, they are under your responsibility, so you should make sure that they are packaged in their factory packaging, so that they do not receive any additional damage than the one you have already mentioned. Products in an inappropriate condition are not accepted.

  1. In case the return of the product is unjustified (e.g. you did not like the product), the customer must return the product exactly in the excellent – factory condition/packaging that received itThe returned product must not have been used – mounted, be in excellent condition just as before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc., which should not have tears or damage / alterations) and with all the contents of the original packaging (instructions for use, characteristics and guarantees forms, etc.). In addition, in order for the return of the product to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are reflected in the purchase document. Firstly, to make the necessary inspection by our technical department and secondly to avoid problems in case the parcel receives some damage during transport.
    The customer is obliged to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which he notified the withdrawal.
  2. *In case the customer wishes to return or replace a defective product, the following procedure must be followed.
    If the customer upon receipt detects any external damage (e.g., damaged – torn outer packaging that foreshadows possible internal wear), it is urged and recommended by the company to refuse receipt and then a written notification of his refusal to the company.
  3. In case the customer receives the product in perfect condition but during the opening of the package he detects any shortage (e.g., accessories, screws, etc.) in terms of assembly and use of the product, he should within 48 hours notify the problem he faces to the company via email info@danaihome.gr. It is necessary to photograph what he has received, to forward it to the company and after the company receives the email within the time limit set, it must serve the customer.
  4. In case the products have been shipped with a transport company and you wish a return, you are obliged to go and deliver the parcel to the transport company yourself in perfect packaging as you received them.
    • If you are located in the city of Thessaloniki, the cooperating transport company is KASAPIS S.A. (Arkadiou 6, Kalochori Thessaloniki, tel.: 2310753101)
    • If you are in the city of Athens, the cooperating transport company is MARINOS (Agias Annis 50, Egaleo, tel.: 2103463600).
    • If you are located in an area where the product to be returned to us will need to be transported by two or more transport companies, the first transport company to which you immediately deliver the product for return will be paid by you, while the transport costs for the following transport companies (second, third, etc.) will be deducted from the amount that will be returned to you. In any case, the products must be labeled EFTRAUSTON.

Refund of the value of returned products

  1. In the case of charging the customer via credit card, the company, if it has received the price from the bank, will be obliged to inform the bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will take any action provided. The company, following this information, bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the reversal, which is regulated by the contract drawn up between the issuing bank and the customer.
  2. In case the customer has made his payment by bank deposit, he must notify his request in writing via email info@danaihome.gr. by noting the following information: IBAN, a bank to which he belongs and the name of the beneficiary, so that within 48 hours the company can proceed with the refund of his money.

Order cancellation

The cancellation of the order is implemented by Danai home. Without limiting the provisions on withdrawal of article 9, you can cancel your order in case it has not been shipped yet and inform us by phone at tel.:2261080013 – 6936853095 and electronically at the email info@danaihome.gr. If you wish to cancel your order after receipt, contact us and a representative of our company will inform you about your choices. Finally, if your product has been invoiced and has been routed, the shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.

Partial invalidity clause

If a competent authority for this purpose finds that some of the present Termsare invalid, unenforceable or unenforceable, this fact alone does not render invalid the conclusion of the contract between us in its entirety.

Right to Modify these Terms

We are constantly striving to improve our services. This means that we may need to modify these Terms, from time to time, so that they accurately reflect our services and practices. Any amendment comes into force upon its posting, unless otherwise specified in a relevant update announced on our Website.

In any case, we advise you to check for possible modifications to the Terms. If you continue to visit and use our Website after posting the new Terms, it implies that you accept the modifications. The terms that will apply at the time of your use of this website are also those that bind you, unless it is required to modify them due to law enforcement or government authority, in which case these amended terms also bind you to orders you had submitted before their modification.

We reserve the right at any time to temporarily and/or permanently discontinue the operation of part or even of the entire website. In any case, we reserve the right to discontinue the use and / or general access to this Website to those visitors / users who violate at our discretion the content of these Terms.

Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise, Greek law is applicable. The competent courts for the interpretation of the Terms and for the resolution of any disputes relating to them are the Courts of Livadia.
